In old law, affinity meant kinship by marriage, as opposed to consanguinity, kinship by blood: the relatives you acquire rather than inherit. Neuroaffinity adds a third kind, kinship by wiring. As a generation reframes neurodivergence from diagnosis to identity, neurotype becomes a compatibility axis in its own right.
