Wine tastings are overrun with savoir-faux as “connoisseurs” parrot tasting notes their smart glasses fed them seconds earlier.

From savoir-faire, French for know-how, with the -faire swapped for faux, false (said sav-wah-FOH). Google made us all “experts” long ago, but the future will see expertise being streamed to us continuously, without us ever having to lift a finger; the faux captures the lack of effort expended.
